 Classic Example - Springer Nature Kings Cross


 This  adventure was a complex redevelopment of 2 interconnected canal side buildings in Kings Cross. Working with Tenant and Landlord to deliver a scheme which covers full CAT A and B refurbishment,  re-engineering, new plant windows roof and internal fit out in  occupation.     

To create the swing space we coordinated an Atrium infill in the tenants own building and additional office and meeting space in the Lower Ground floor. A multiple phased scheme works around  complete infrastructure for the tenant who retained a business as usual with no one moving out of the building during multiple sectional completions with our full project management facilitator support working for the client management and facilities teams  throughout. 

A very sucsessful refurbishment
